Twilio reveals champions of the 2024 AI Startup Searchlight Awards.

Twilio has announced the honorees of its AI Startup Searchlight Awards, which recognizes startups using generative artificial intelligence (AI) and Twilio to enhance customer communication and experiences. The honorees include Arist, FleetWorks, Milo, Next Order, Rely Health, and Smith.ai. Each winner will receive $10,000 in Twilio credits and a consultation with Twilio Ventures. Twilio’s CustomerAI technology aims to help companies unlock the full potential of their customer relationships by coupling large language models with customer data flowing through the Twilio platform.
